Birthday Celebration
Yay, I'm officially one year older. Feels good to be honest, I never disliked birthdays and I think I will never dislike them. ⁽(◍˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑) We had to go to Santa Cruz on Saturday, but the weather was too cold so we are going next weekend !
After he coming back from work we dressed up and headed to Kenzo Sushi. An all you can eat sushi restaurant. And as the name says, you pay a fixed price and then you can order all the sushi you can eat. ヽ(๑╹ڡ╹๑)ノ
There are some rules for this restaurants. They will just serve more sushi after you finish everything - including rice- . Also, some restaurants have restricted how many times you can order. Kenzo had it restricted to 5, but you could get as much stuff as you wanted. If you can't finish it there's a plus you have to pay.
Got free ice cream - green tea and red bean- ! But we didn't even get to finish it since we were extremely filled with sushi. Like, extremely. (๑-﹏-๑)
After we went to "IMPROV" a comedy club in San Jose, to see a stand up comedy.
Jo Koy as acting there that weekend. I really had no idea who he was but the audience bursted into laughter for the whole show. I bet even some were actually cried. This guys was crazy funny. ٩̋(๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑) That night was a challenge for my English, at least I understood almost all the talk.
Back home we had cake and opened presents. We got the cake from Paris Baguette. It was one of those beautiful cakes you expect them to taste as awesome as they look. It was a chocolate cake filled with strawberries, but the chocolate flavor was really subtle. ( ´・ω・`)_且~
And the presents! I got a really cool book about images and how they work, a workout band for my phone - you don't know how many times it fell while using the treadmill- and an extra cute sailor moon inspired bikini! ₊·*◟(˶╹̆ꇴ╹̆˵)◜‧*・
