My routine

I will do always remember the first time I joined a gym alone a few years ago. I really had no idea what I should do there. Gym was for me what other people taught me; run and yoga is for girls. Lifting weights and sweating is for boys.

I asked the trainer what to do and it was basically treadmill and using static movement machines. In other words, becoming the classic cardio bunny. Therefore, after 3 months my body did not change that much.  (.﹒︣︿﹒︣.)


 Now I joined that gym again with a big change of mind. I mean;  I grew up, I got better information, better examples of gym routine and their outcomes and, in particular, more motivation.  ( •̀ᄇ• ́)ï»­✧

 Right now I'm doing not really complicated exercises; squats (nearly 20lbs/10kg yay!), lunges, bench presses, rows, abs etc as well as a little bit of running and swimming. And indeed, I'm really starting to love that sweaty my-legs-are-going-to-give-up-soon feeling mixed with an ugly red face. In two weeks I'm noticing more changes than in those three months. (⑅˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈  )

 I'm not a nutritionist neither a work out expert, but I'll strongly recommend a nice diet. And I don't mean those "eat just veggies until you starve yourself" or crazy diets. I mean eating healthy and knowing what you are eating. For example, mine didn't change that much from what I was normally eating, I just got rid of snacks and candies, eating less pasta and more meat.
